Upgrade: sFTP server Jul 7, 2026 23:00 - Jul 8, 2026 01:00 CEST

On July 7, 2026, we will be upgrading our production SFTP environment.

This upgrade improves the environment's stability, security, and support. The upgrade has already been successfully performed and validated in our acceptance environment.

When will the work take place?
The work will be carried out during the regular maintenance window from 23:00 to 07:00. During this period, the SFTP service may experience temporary, limited availability.

What does this mean for you?
As part of the upgrade, the SFTP server's host key will change.

Consequently, upon your first connection after the upgrade, your SFTP client may display a notification stating that the server identity has changed or that a new host key is available. To continue connecting, you simply need to accept this new host key once. This is similar to the procedure you followed when first connecting to the current environment.

Do you use an SFTP integration? Please share this information with the integration administrator in a timely manner so that any notifications following the upgrade can be addressed immediately.

Launch of Scan'r 1.5 Aug 10, 2026 00:15-04:15 CEST

We are replacing the current version of Scan’r with Scan’r 1.5.

Scan’r 1.5 will have a new look that aligns with the updated Intersolve brand identity. In addition, we have further improved the user experience, making the app work even better.
